E-book editions (’_EB.pdf‘ files) are formatted for the screen (landscape layout), and usually contain the full text of the printed book, with the following restrictions:
- cannot print
- cannot copy/paste extracts
- can add annotations
E-book previews (’_SMP.pdf‘ files) are also formatted for screen, and contain the contents-list and sample chapters of the complete book, with the same permissions as for e-book editions.
Reference-sheets (other files) are formatted for the printer (usually in two-page landscape layout), and can be printed.
